Case Study: Hedges Direct
Challenge: Hedges Direct is a very seasonal business so closer attention to how a product had performed in any given period, compared to the same period in a previous year, was essential.
Solution: We produced a report which provided year-on-year comparisons, either by product group, or for their entire product range, using MS-Excel as the output format.
Result: This provided the required raw data but also the option to further interrogate it, by graphing or colour coding results to identify variations, and then act on them accordingly.

Case Study: Body Jewellery Ltd
Challenge: Body Jewellery Ltd needed faster processing of goods-in deliveries and better control of their stock holding to improve traceability and optimize stock levels.
Solution: A bespoke solution to record each individual supplier delivery in Sellerdeck, combined with a report to show stock levels, sales and deliveries during any given period, on a per-product basis.
Result: The result was a detailed analysis of all stock movements, in and out, for any given product, providing a clearer picture of stock movement patterns.
